- To formulate a strategic technical assessment approach and advise the Land Sharing Pilot Scheme (LSPS) Central Team on streamlining the coordination and assessment of LSPS applications.
- To coordinate with the top management of relevant bureaux and departments to formulate essential criteria and guiding principles for assessing LSPS applications.
- To devise a mechanism to coordinate implementation of the LSPS and the Capital Works Programme to ensure timely and orderly delivery of infrastructure and other community facilities to meet various community needs including those concerning housing development.
- To chair an organising committee for an international summit on project governance scheduled for the 2nd quarter of 2020.
- To steer collaboration with relevant Mainland and overseas authorities and certain international organisations (such as the World Economic Forum and the International Institute for Management Development) in arranging participation in the above-mentioned summit by potential speakers and high-level delegations.
