The Lands Department announced today (January 20) that two residential sites in the 2011-12 Land Sale Programme will be disposed of by public tender.
The two sites are Ap Lei Chau Inland Lot No. 135 at the junction of Ap Lei Chau Drive and Ap Lei Chau Praya Road, Hong Kong, and Lot No. 1588 in Demarcation District No. 243 at Pik Sha Road, Sai Kung, New Territories. The tender invitation for both lots will commence on February 17 and will close on March 16.
Ap Lei Chau Inland Lot No. 135 has a site area of about 3,050 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 12,810 square metres and 21,350 square metres respectively.
Lot No. 1588 in Demarcation District No. 243 has a site area of about 7,615 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 1,828 square metres and 3,046 square metres respectively.
The final Conditions of Sale for both lots will be available for distribution and uploaded to the Lands Department's website (www.landsd.gov.hk) by February 17, when the particulars of the tender will also be gazetted.
