Tenders awarded for three residential sites

The Lands Department today (February 25) announced that the tenders for three residential sites have been awarded on 50-year land grants at a total premium of $9,773,220,999.

New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6525 on Kai Tak Area 1 I Site 1, Kowloon, was awarded to Ultimate Chance Investments Limited (parent company: K&K Property Holdings Limited) at $2,911 million. New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6526 on Kai Tak Area 1 I Site 2, Kowloon, was awarded to Royal Mark Investments Limited (parent company: K. Wah International Holdings Limited) at $2,938.8 million. New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6527 on Kai Tak Area 1 I Site 3, Kowloon, was awarded to Big Nice Development Limited (parent company: Poly Property Group Co., Limited) at $3,923,420,999.

"Authority from the Central Tender Board was given to the Lands Department to award the three sites to the highest tenderers," a Lands Department spokesman said.

The tenderers, other than the successful tenderer, in respect of each lot in alphabetical order with the name of the parent company where provided by the tenderer in brackets were:

New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6525 has a site area of about 8,780 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 28,974 sq m and 48,290 sq m respectively. The total number of residential units to be built shall not be less than 805.

New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6526 has a site area of about 9,313 sq m and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 30,733 sq m and 51,221 sq m respectively. The total number of residential units to be built shall not be less than 855.

New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6527 has a site area of about 10,149 sq m and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 33,492 sq m and 55,819 sq m respectively. The total number of residential units to be built shall not be less than 930.
