The Lands Department (LandsD) announced today (June 10) that two residential sites in the 2016-17 Land Sale Programme will be disposed of by public tender.
The two sites are Tai Po Town Lot No. 230 at Tai Po Road - Tai Po Kau, Tai Po Kau, Tai Po, New Territories, and Yau Tong Inland Lot No. 44 at the junction of Shung Shun Street and Yan Yue Wai, Yau Tong, Kowloon. The tender invitation for Tai Po Town Lot No. 230 will commence on June 17 and close on July 22. The tender invitation for Yau Tong Inland Lot No. 44 will commence on June 17 and close on July 29.
Tai Po Town Lot No. 230 has a site area of about 27,735 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 14,477 sq m and 24,128 sq m respectively.
Yau Tong Inland Lot No. 44 has a site area of about 10,530 sq m and is designated for non-industrial (excluding godown, hotel, office and petrol filling station) purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 31,590 sq m and 52,650 sq m respectively, both including the gross floor area of a public vehicle park to be constructed by the purchaser.
Land sale documents including the Forms of Tender, the Tender Notices, the Conditions of Sale and the sale plans of the two lots will be available for downloading from the LandsD website (www.landsd.gov.hk), and the sale plans will be available for distribution and inspection by the public from June 17, when the particulars of the tenders will also be gazetted.
