The Lands Department today (August 8) announced that the tenders for two residential sites have been awarded on 50-year land grants at a total premium of $5,073.17 million.
Tuen Mun Town Lot No. 547 at Castle Peak Road - Castle Peak Bay, Area 48, Tuen Mun, New Territories, was awarded to the highest tenderer, Win Standard Enterprises Limited (parent company: Hong Kong Ferry (Holdings) Company Limited) at $2,708.8 million. Sha Tin Town Lot No. 609 in To Shek, Sha Tin, New Territories, was awarded to the highest tenderer, Mainco Limited (parent company: Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited), at $2,364.37 million.
The tenderers, other than the successful tenderer, in respect of each lot in alphabetical order, with the name of the parent company where provided by the tenderer in brackets, were:

Tuen Mun Town Lot No. 547 has a site area of about 15,400 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 36,960 sq m and 61,600 sq m respectively.
Sha Tin Town Lot No. 609 has a site area of about 13,500 sq m and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 24,192 sq m and 40,320 sq m respectively.
