Tender awarded for site in Kai Tak

The Lands Department today (November 2) announced that the tender for a site, New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6565 at Kai Tak Area 1K Site 3, Kowloon, has been awarded to the highest tenderer, Hongkong Island Construction Properties Company Limited (parent company: Total Thrive Holdings Limited), on a 50-year land grant at a premium of $8,837.126 million.

New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6565 has a site area of about 11,262 square metres and is designated for non-industrial (excluding office, godown, hotel and petrol filling station) purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 36,489 sq m and 60,814 sq m respectively.
