The Lands Department today (November 9) announced that the tenders for two residential sites have been awarded on 50-year land grants at a total premium of $3,393 million.
Tai Po Town Lot No. 223 and Tai Po Town Lot No. 229, both at Lo Fai Road, Tai Po, New Territories, were each awarded to the highest tenderer, Gainwick Limited (parent company: Strongbod Limited), at $2,355 million and $1,038 million respectively.
The tenderers, other than the successful tenderer, in respect of each lot in alphabetical order, with the name of the parent company where provided by the tenderer in brackets, were:

Tai Po Town Lot No. 229 has a site area of about 10,288 sq m and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 8,986 sq m and 14,977 sq m respectively.
