The Lands Department today (November 10) announced that the tenders for a business site and a residential site had been awarded on 50-year land grant at a total premium of $1,326.88 million.
The business site, Sha Tin Town Lot No. 463 at the junction of On Yiu Street and On Kwan Street, Shek Mun, Sha Tin, was awarded to Fancy Luck Development Limited at $828 million. The residential site, Rural Building Lot No. 1168 near 35 South Bay Road, Hong Kong, was awarded to Ultra Well Group Limited at $498.88 million.
"Authority from the Central Tender Board was given to the Lands Department to award the two sites to the highest tenderers," a Government spokesman said.
There was one tender for Sha Tin Town Lot No. 463. The tenderers other than the successful tenderer in respect of Rural Building Lot No. 1168 in alphabetical order were:

Sha Tin Town Lot No. 463 has a site area of about 7,997 square metres and is designated for non-residential (excluding hotel, petrol filling station and residential care home) purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 23,991 square metres and 39,985 square metres respectively.
Rural Building Lot No. 1168 has a site area of about 1,338 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 723 square metres and 1,204.2 square metres respectively.
