To promote the development of Hong Kong into a smart city, the Development Bureau (DEVB) held a roving exhibition of Common Spatial Data Infrastructure in Festival Walk, Kowloon Tong, earlier on; it was attended by, among others, the Secretary for Development, Ms Bernadette LINN (third left), the Deputy Director of the Lands Department (LandsD), Mr CHANG Kwok-fai (second left), and Head of the Spatial Data Office (SDO), Mr CHAN Yue-chun (third right).
