Photos shows Mr Wong (second right) being briefed by the Director of Drainage Services, Mr Edwin Tong (fifth right), and the Head of Civil Engineering Office of the Civil Engineering and Development Department, Mr Ricky Lau (sixth right), on the proposed improvement works at the seashore of Lei Yue Mun, which include the provision of rock-armoured bund or gabion walls along the seashore and building of walls along the seafront footpath.
