The Development Bureau announced today (April 13) that the Enhancement of the Tsuen Wan Waterfront (Phase I) project has been completed. Balustrades with timber handrails, featured seating and arbours newly installed have taken into account the history of the textile industry in Tsuen Wan. In response to local views, the project has beautified the paving and lighting, removed weeds along the sea wall and removed the planters, and opened the lawn area to create additional activity space.
