The Secretary for Development, Mr Michael Wong, visited the Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups Leadership Institute during his visit to North District today (January 25). Located at the Former Fanling Magistracy, the institute is one of the projects under Batch III of the Revitalising Historic Buildings Through Partnership Scheme.
