INTRODUCTION

The Chief Executive delivered her Policy Address entitled “Building a Bright Future Together” on 6 October 2021, complemented by the Policy Address Supplement (PA Supplement).  Relevant extracts from the two documents covering initiatives under Development Bureau (DEVB) are set out at Annex. This paper highlights the major initiatives therein and progress in pursuing those initiatives.
