Terms of Reference
To advise the Government on the development of innovation and technology (I&T) and other industries in the Northern Metropolis, including how the development of local I&T enterprises and attraction of I&T enterprises from the Mainland and overseas to set up operations in the San Tin Technopole and the Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park in the Loop etc. could be promoted through innovative industry policies and other supporting measures.
