Terms of Reference

• To advise the Lantau Development Advisory Committee on matters related to planning, conservation, ecological protection, economic and social development including examining proposals in line with the overall strategies in these aspects for identifying worthwhile and practicable actions/ measures for implementation.
• To advise the Lantau Development Advisory Committee on the strategy and priority for implementing the relevant proposals in developing Lantau into a smart and low-carbon community for living, work, business, leisure and study.
