Terms of Reference

• To advise the Lantau Development Advisory Committee on taking forward the sustainable development of Lantau, including the directions and implementation arrangements for the initiatives.
• To advise the Committee on the strategy and priority for implementing the relevant proposals in developing Lantau into a smart and low-carbon community for living, work, business, leisure and study.
