With a view to providing equitable tender opportunities among different contractor groups, facilitating probationary contractors to achieve confirmation status and tapping new expertise and technology in public works contracts, revisions have been made in respect of:

1. group tender limits and associated financial criteria;
2. criteria for a probationary contractor to achieve confirmed status; and
3. recognition of experience for top management and technical personnel.
